I hope you all enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful summer break. I am excited to welcome you all back to school for what will be a very exciting 2023-2024 school year! Our staff has been very busy over the summer preparing for your return, and we are approaching the upcoming year with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and a commitment to fostering an environment where every student can thrive and achieve his or her personal best. To kick off the school year, several of your peers and teachers have been working on staging a production of Annie Jr., which will take place on Thursday evening, September 7, 2023, at 6 p.m. and Sunday afternoon, September 10, 2023, at 2 p.m. As a reminder, our Back to School Night will take place on Thursday, September 14, 2023, starting at 6 p.m. - more information from Dr. Ceresnak will follow.
Students participating in the breakfast program should report to school at the front double doors on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 7:45 a.m. for breakfast. All other students should report to school beginning at 8:08 a.m. Students in grades PK, K, and 5-8 should report to the double doors in the front of the building. Students in grades 1-4 should report to the side entrance nearest the teachers' parking lot. Homeroom and first period will begin at 8:18 a.m.
Dismissal of students in grades PK-5 will be at the double doors in front of the building. Dismissal times are as follows:
PK: 2:55 p.m.
K: 2:57 p.m.
1: 2:59 p.m.
2: 3:01 p.m.
3: 3:03 p.m.
4: 3:05 p.m.
5-8 3:07 p.m.
Please be advised that Friday, September 15, 2023, will be an early dismissal for staff and students. Dismissal is at 12:37 p.m. for teachers and students in grades 5-8. A staggered dismissal time will be shared for students in PK-4 as we get closer to Back to School Night.
