Inclement Weather
On inclement weather days, the SchoolNow communication system will be utilized.
We encourage you to confirm that your contact information is accurate by installing the SchoolNow Mobile App or visiting the SchoolNow Parent Center.
In the event of a delay or closure, an urgent notification will be sent to your main contact number via text or voice message, along with email and mobile app notifications, depending on your SchoolNow preferences.
- Voice calls will be sent from the school phone number, 973-347-0020.
- Text messages will be sent from 973-601-5803.
Your primary contact information may be updated via the Genesis Parent Portal, or by reaching out to the Main Office. Our notification system is only as good as the accuracy of your contact information.
During Inclement Weather arrival days students will arrive at their regularly scheduled location and will be directed to the Gym or Library.
